This item has held up to the description. It has made a big change to my grandson with his reflux with positioning him in this lounger.

I actually love these baby lounger pillows… a great value for money as I use it all the time. They sleep very well with it… keeps them from accidentally rolling. Good support. Washable.

Works wonderfully but the bottom part does not come off to wash. If this was removable this would be 5 stars!
